What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright holders to request the removal of content that infringes on their intellectual property rights. RaidGG respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.

If you believe that content on RaidGG infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below. We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the allegedly infringing content.

  • Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) or other information sufficient to allow us to locate the material on RaidGG that you claim is infringing.
  • Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you regarding your notice.
  • Statement of good faith — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Statement under penalty of perjury — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which RaidGG may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
